Sima Familant knows a thing or two about art. In fact, art collectors and enthusiasts from all around the country seek her expertise. A former gallery director and curator in New York and Washington DC, Familant explains, “I always seemed to be advising people and recommending ideas. After a while, I realized that this was a business I wanted to do; it was an organic step. Now it’s about collecting rather than selling art.” Currently based in New York, she finds being an art advisor “very gratifying, very one on one and very personal.” She says, “I learn about clients’ passions and interests, and even how they can be philanthropic with art. They are looking for direction and want to learn. Some have collected for a while and want to expand their horizons.” ....

Well, I was the chosen one and spent the weekend trying to tame this beast. And a beast it truly was; take it as fact from a self-proclaimed "car nut". As you can see from the photos, the Aston Martin is an absolutely gorgeous, sexy; awe-inspiring vehicle with a renowned reputation for its combination of performance and luxury, which results in an intense driving experience. I can now attest to why James Bond choose an Aston, as I felt like the next "007" whenever my hands gripped the leather-wrapped steering wheel.
